ENG: I’ve started this morning with a yoga lesson! I’ve recently discovered yoga and I really enjoy practicing it! Maybe it sounds like a cliché but I really feel different, physically and mentally! 

In addition that your body is becoming toned and you are in shape, the time you spend practicing yoga, even if it’s 20 minutes per day, helps you to gather your thoughts, to thin positive about your goals, your wishes, your environment, about the people who are the part of your life! 

I  practice yoga by watching numerous channels on You Tube and there are some really good and helpful lessons that will introduce you with secrets of yoga. 

If you had a stressful day, or you need to lose weight or you just want to spend some time with yourself, try to have a half an hour yoga practice and I’m sure you will not regret! 

When I started with yoga, a lot of people in my surrounding thought that yoga is not a real workout, that you can not lose weight or tone up your body. But when I asked them to try to do just a pose or just a move they realized that they were wrong! Yoga is a real workout, for your body, for your mind and for your soul!

SRB:  I ovog jutra svoj dan sam započela jogom! Ovu drevnu disciplinu sam nedavno počela da otkrivam i zaista uživam vežbajući istu. 

Možda zvuči kao kliše ali zaista se osećam drugačije, kako fizički tako i psihički. Ne samo da se vaše telo zateže i pravilno formira, da se vaše držanje popravlja, vreme koje provodite vežbajući, makar to bilo 20 minuta dnevno, pomaže vam da saberete svoje misli, da razmišljate pozitivno o vašim željama, ciljevima, okruženju, ljudima koji su sastavni deo vaših života. 

 

Vežbam jogu gledajući brojne tutoriale na You Tube kanalima, i zaista ima divnih lekcija koje vas postepeno uvode u tajne ove divne veštine. 

Ukoliko ste imali stresan dan, ukoliko želite da smršate ili jednostavno želte da odvojite malo vremena za sebe, provedite pola sata vežbajući jogu i sigurno se nećete pokajati. 

Kada sam krenula sa vežbama, svi koji nisu upoznati sa jogom su se podsmevali smatrajući da joga nije dovoljno fizički naporna da bi se mogla nazvati vežbanjem. Ali kada sam neke od njih zamolila da i oni odrade barem jednu pozu, ubrzo su se pokajali zbog svojih reči. 

U početku vam neće biti lako, ali ima divnih kanala i instruktora na internetu uz koje ćete osnovne poze i pokrete brzo savladati.
