Spaghetti carbonara

ENG: Today recipe is for one of my favorite dishes- spaghetti carbonara. I love making and eating this pasta. All you need is about 30 minutes of your time, same good will and a lot of love to prepare this famous italian dish for you and your family. In this post, I’ll tell you more about the origin of this dish and my recipe how to prepare it.

In the middle of 20th century, was born one of the most famous italian dishes. The legend says that this pasta was first prepared for the miners of italian origins in one mine in the US. The name “carbonara” comes from Italian word for the coal- “carbone”.

The process of making this pasta is very easy. Actually, it was the first meal I’ve made for my family. So, I recommend thisdish for beginners in cooking, to make it and delight their family and friend.

First of all, cook the spaghetti in salted water and at the same time fry the bacon or pancetta chopped into cubes just for a few minutes. Add finely chopped garlic , sour cream , parsley, salt,  pepper  and oregano. Mix the mixture until the sour cream is melted. While you were making the souce, the spaghetti are cooked and all you need to do is to drain the spaghetti and pour them into a bowl with souce. Mix the spaghetti and the souce and serve it on a plate.  As a decoration add some grated cheese and parsley on the top. I’m absolutely sure your family is going to love it!

SRB: Današnji recept je ya jedno od mojih omiljenih jela- špagete karbonara! Jako volim da spremam ali i jedem ovu pastu! Potrebno vam je svega tridesetak minuta da napravite pravi kulinarski užitak za vas i vašu porodicu! Danas ću vam reći nešto više o samom nastanku ovog jela ali i moj recept za spremanje ovog italijanskog specijaliteta!

Sredinom 20. veka, rođeno je jedno od najpopularnijih italijanskih jela. Legenda kaže da je ovo jelo prvi put spremljino za radnike italijanskog porekla  u rudniku u SAD-u a samo ime jela vodi poreklo od italijanske reči ” carbonaro” što u prevodu na naš jezik znači ugalj.

Kao što sam već rekla proces spremanja ovog jela je jako jednostavan, i moram vam priznati da je ovo bilo prvo pravo jelo koje sam spremila. Stoga ga preporučujem početnicima u kuvanju, da njime oduševe svoje najbliže.

Pre svega u kipeću posoljenu vodu, stavite da se kuvaju špagete, a u isto vreme  propržite iseckanu na kockice pečenicu ili pančetu.  Potrebno je samo malo propržiti svega nekoliko minuta a pred sam kraj dodajte sitno seckani beli luk. nakon toga dodajte pavlaku, pešun, biber, so i origano. mešajte smesu dok se pavlaka ne istopi. Dok ste spremili sos, špagete su se skuvale, pa nakon što ih procedite sipajte ih u posudu u kojoj ste spremali sos i promešajte dok špagete ne upiju sos.

Kada ste završili spremanje jela, sipajte u tanjir a kao dekoraciju narendajte kačkavalj i stavite par listova svežeg peršuna odozgo. Sigurna sam da će vaša porodica obožavati ovo jelo.
