Roast pork with bechamel sauce with mushrooms

ENG: Are you planning a special dinner? Here is my favorite main course for this occasion. Roast pork and bechamel sauce with mushrooms. You’re going to need…

Ingredients:

– 1kg of pork

– 1 kg of carrots

– oil

– salt

– pepper

– vegetable mix spice

– mustard

Take 1 kg of pork and spice it up with solt, pepper, vegetable mix spice and mustard. Let it stay for half an hour and than bake it in the oven for one hour at 250 degrees Celsius. After that hour, turn the meat and add the carrots. When the carrot are baked, take out the meat out of oven and let it stay for some time, to cool the meat so it would be easier to cut.

The ingredients for the sauce::

– 1 kg of mushrooms

– oil

– half a liter of milk

– 300 g of sour cream

– salt

– pepper

– parsley

– 3 spoons of flour

Cook the mushrooms with little oil. When mushrooms get little softer, add half a liter of milk and 300 g of sour cream, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Cook it for like 15 minutes. In a cuo fo cold milk add 3 spoons of flour  and mix it up. Than add that mix to the sauce and mix it constantly until it get the right density.

For the end put the meat and carrots on the plate and pour the sauce in the meat. Serve it and enjoy!

SRB: Planirate svečanu večeru? Evo mog omiljenog glavnog jela za tu priliku! Pečena svinjetina i bešamel sos sa pečurkama. Moram priznati da je sos po meni najbolji deo ovog jela! 🙂 Potrebno vam je:

Sastojci:

– 1 kg svinjetine

– 1 kg šargarepe

– ulje

– so

– biber

– vegeta

– senf

Začinite meso solju, biberom, vegetom i premažite senfom. Sipajte malo ulja u pekač i pecite sat vremena na 250 stepeni. Nakon sata pečenja dodajte šargarepe i okrenite meso. Kada šargarepa bude pečena, izvadite meso i ostavite da se ohladi kako bi ga lakše isekli.

Sastojci za bešamel sos sa pečurkama:

– 1 kg pečurki

– 0,5 l mleka

– 300 g pavlake

– so

– biber

– vegeta

– ulje

– peršun

– 3 kašike brašna

Kilogram pečurki prodinstajte dok ne omekšaju. Zatim dodajte pola litra mleka i 300 g pavlake, so, biber, vegetu, peršun i kuvajte 15-tak minuta. U šolju hladnog mleka dodajte 3 kašike brašna promešajte i uz konstatno mešanje, dodajte u sos. Mešajte i kuvajte još par minuta dok sos ne dobije željenu gustinu.

Za kraj, isecite meso i stavite na tanjir zajedno sa par komadića šargarepe i sos pospite preko. Poslužite i uživajte!
