Petits croissants avec de la confiture

ENG: My dear readers, on my blog, you had the opportunity to read recipes from Italian ans Belgian cuisine. Considering that we’re travelling the world by recipes and food, too, today, I’m taking you to France. Here is not that simple, but amazing recipe for delicious homemade croissants with plum or strawbarry jam.

Ingredients: 

– 900 g of flour

– 400 ml of milk

– 20 g of yeast

– 3 spoons of sugar

– 2 spoons of butter

– 2 eggs

– baking powder

– vanilla sugar

– jam

– powdered sugar

Preparation: 

In a little amount of warm milk, add and dissolve fresh yeast with a spoon of sugar and one spoon of flour. Wait until it bubbles up.

Separately, mix 2 tablespoons of butter with three tablespoons of sugar.

Also separately mix 2 eggs, egg white first and then add the yolk. Combine the butter, egg and than the yeast with the rest of sweet milk. Mix the flour and knead a soft dough.

Divide the dough in half. From each half, immediately stretch thin dough. Using a knife, cut it into 20 equal triangles. The wider end of the triangle and put jam and wrap it in rolls. In a baking pan put baking paper, put the croissants in and leave it to stand. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Hot croissants sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

SRB: Dragi moji čitaoci, do sada ste imali prilike da čitate recepte iz Italijanskei Belgijske kuhinje. S obzirom da putujemo svetom i putem recepata i hrane, danas sam odlučila da vas povedem u Francusku. Evo jednog ne tako jednostavnog, ali fenomenalnog recepta za domaće kroasane sa džemom od jagoda ili šljiva.

Sastojci:

– 900 g brašna

– 400 ml  slatkog mleka

– 20 g svežeg kvasca

– 3 supene kašike šećera

– 2 supene kašike putera

– 2 cela jajeta

– prašak za pecivo

– vanilin šećer

– džem

– šećer u prahu

Priprema: 

U malo mlakog mleka, rastopiti svež kvasac sa jednom kašikom šećera i jednom kašikom brašna. Sačekati da penasto nadođe.

Posebno umutiti 2 kašike putera sa tri kašike šećera.

Takođe zasebno umutiti 2 jajeta, prvo belanac pa zatim dodati žumanac.  Sjediniti puter, jaje i već nadošli kvasac sa ostatkom slatkog mleka. Pomešati sa brašnom i zamesiti mekano testo.

Testo podeliti na polovinu. Od svake polovine, odmah razvući oklagijom tanku okruglu koru. Nožem iseći na 20 jednakih trouglova. Na širem kraju trougla staviti džem i uviti u kiflice. U pleh staviti papir za pečenje, naređati kiflice i ostaviti sat vremena da odstoje. Peći na temperaturi od 200 stepeni, 10-15 minuta. Vruće kiflice posuti šećerom u prahu i vanilin šećerom.
