Panzerotti

ENG: As a great admirer of Italian cuisine , I represent to you one of my recipes, panzerotti. Panzerotti are savory filled pastries, with various forms. They are popular in Italy, Canada, USA and as I’m considered, in Serbia, too! Panzerotti are small sersions of calzone or closed pizza, but produced with a softer dough. For me, they are perfect breakfast, and yesterday I completed my meal with carrot salad! This is an “easy to make “recipe and I hope you’ll like it and try to prepare it for your family and friends.Try it and tell me your opinion! 🙂

Ingredients:

– yeast

– flour

– cheese

– ham

– ketchup

– oregano

– A little sugar

– A pinch of salt

– Baking powder

– oil

Recipe: 

Take a cup of water and add yeast with a bit of sugar and flour. After that add 3-4 teaspoons of salt, one little bag of baking powder,  3-4 spoons of oil. Knead a soft dough and divide small balls. With a rolling pin stretch them to be half an centimeter thick and put the filling in the middle. For the filling prepare a hum, ketchup, oregano and cheese. Put them together and bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

SRB: Kao veliki ljubitelj Italijanske kuhinje, rešila sam da vam  predstvljam jedan od omiljenih recepta iz moje kuhinje koji možete brzo i lako pripremiti svojim dragim osobama za vikend. Pancerote su filovano testo , različitih formi i veličina. Predstavljaju manje verzije kalcona ( calzone) ili preklopljene pice. Popularne su u Italiji, Kanadi, Americi ali što se mene tiče i u Srbiji! Meni su one savršeni doručak koji sam juče upotpunila salatom od šargarepe.  Nadam se da vam se dopada ovaj recept i da ćete ga rado pripremiti svojoj porodici i prijateljima.

Sastojci: 

– kvasac

– brašno

– kačkavalj

– šunka

– kečap

– origano

– malo šećera

– malo soli

– prašak za pecivo

– ulje

Postupak:

U malo mlake vode rastvoriti svež kvasac sa malo brašna i malo šećera. U nadošli kvasac dodati 3-4 kašićice soli, 1 prašak za pecivo, 3-4 supene kašike ulja. Zamesiti meko testo. Razdvojiti na male loptice, oklagijom ih razvući na pola cm debljine i na sredinu stavie fil. Za fil narendajte kačkavalj, šunku i dodajte kečap i origano ( pancerote možete filovati kako god želite a ovo je najjednostavnija varijanta). Preklapite  testo, krajeve spojiti viljuškom. Ostaviti da odstoji pola sata i peći u rerni na 250 stepeni 10-15 minuta ( možete ih i pržiti u ulju ali mislim da je ovaj način zdraviji, lakši i brži).
